Business Development – Focus on developing additional business opportunities by doing industry research and regular interaction with stakeholders to ensure the potential opportunities and financial viability of the proposed project

Compliance and Registrar– Reviewing the policies and procedures of various regulatory authority to ensure that the operations of various businesses are meeting the compliance requirements and quality. Consultation and internal audits to ensure the quality of the service delivery.

Leadership – leading of teams of over 50 staff in educational industry to ensure the smooth operations of healthcare educational schools to ensure both students and staff satisfaction and their professional development.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Part of the operations of IHNA since the beginning in Perth. Operated in couple of rooms of classes to a 2 Level of operations with over 15 class rooms and 2 large high standard Nursing Simulation Lab of over 17 beds.

·         As a part of continuous expansion and business development, various new VET Courses of ASQA (Australian Skill Quality Authority are added into scope

·         Secure DTWD (Department of Training and Workforce Development) funding for eligible funding students in WA

·         Responsible for Campus Operations with over 600 students and 40 staff ensuring the quality-of-service meeting various compliance regulations.

·         Responsible to ensure the delivery of various VET courses meeting the regulatory authorities and funding departments like ASQA, ANMAC, DTWD, vet student loan, cricos

·         Responsible and arranged partnership agreements with various public, private and regional hospitals, aged care, early childcare, disability, mental health, allied health to ensure the students work experience for the successful completion of the course.

·         Responsible for the Stakeholder Management and Industry Workshop.

·         Responsible for the Student Support Management, Campus Operations, Compliance Management including regulatory reporting of IHNA Perth Campus Operations.

·         Responsible for the budget preparation, student enrolments and students satisfaction of Perth Campus Operations  

·         Ensure the continuous registration renewal of the regulatory authorities including the successful audit outcome to ensure the future operation of IHNA.

·         Responsible for the transition of Course Delivering from on Campus to Online during the Covid 19 without compromising the quality of course delivery.

·         Responsible for the student certificate issuance and graduation ceremony of the graduates and reporting of nursing graduates to AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)

·         Responsible for the student complaints and feedback, Student Representative Councils and Alumni.

·         Responsible for the Perth Campus Web Page to showcase the IHNA Perth Campus and facilities.

·         Additional Role of HR and responsible for the staff recruitment, orientation and staff management

·         Responsible for the University Partnership of Perth Campus students for pathways to higher education.
