Roles and Responsibilities
· Part of the operations of IHNA since the beginning in Perth. Operated in couple of rooms of classes to a 2 Level of operations with over 15 class rooms and 2 large high standard Nursing Simulation Lab of over 17 beds.
· As a part of continuous expansion and business development, various new VET Courses of ASQA (Australian Skill Quality Authority are added into scope
· Secure DTWD (Department of Training and Workforce Development) funding for eligible funding students in WA
· Responsible for Campus Operations with over 600 students and 40 staff ensuring the quality-of-service meeting various compliance regulations.
· Responsible to ensure the delivery of various VET courses meeting the regulatory authorities and funding departments like ASQA, ANMAC, DTWD, vet student loan, cricos
· Responsible and arranged partnership agreements with various public, private and regional hospitals, aged care, early childcare, disability, mental health, allied health to ensure the students work experience for the successful completion of the course.
· Responsible for the Stakeholder Management and Industry Workshop.

· Responsible for over 1000 of overseas Registered Nurses bridging program course delivery and their AHPRA Registration Process
· Responsible for the accommodation and welfare of overseas students
· Responsible for the Work Placement of Nursing Students for the successful completion of the course.
